Are You Doing This Before Your Baby Eats?

I can pretty much guarantee you’re doing this AFTER baby eats, but are you doing it BEFORE?

What am I talking about? WASHING HANDS!

Babies mostly eat with their hands so it’s super important to wash them before they eat! Think of all the surfaces your baby touches, especially when they’re able to crawl.

Here are a few easy ways to wash their hands before eating:

01. Wet a paper towel with soap and water and wipe baby’s hands clean.

02. Fill a bowl with soap and water and have baby wash their hands in it.

03. Wash baby’s hands under the sink with soap.

And don’t forget to clean baby’s hands after because they get super messy! It’s also a great idea to wash baby’s hands frequently throughout the day or after they come home if they were touching surfaces.
