Breastmilk Teething Pops

Today I made breastmilk teething pops for my 5 month old! She’s starting to teeth and I can tell that she’s in discomfort so it was time to try these for here.

I received this Haakaa freezer tray and feeder for my baby shower. I sterilized everything and then completed the steps below to make the pops for my baby.

01. Pump breastmilk. I used my hands free Mom Cozy pump after I fed my baby.

02. Pour into bottle or cup. I found it much easier to pour it into the tray from a cup!

03. Distribute evenly into tray. I pumped 3oz exactly and it fit perfectly in the tray.

04. Freeze overnight. You can freeze them overnight or for a few hours since they are small and freeze quick.

05. Put frozen breastmilk in teether. Once frozen, all you have to do is slip one of the cubes into the teether and secure it.

06. Let baby enjoy! My daughter absolutely loved these! They are a little messy but seeing how much she enjoyed them was worth it. I even gave her a second one!
