Sourdough Discard Recipe!!

Sourdough Discard Cheese It’s 😋

Occasion & Servings: 4-6 servings, snack

Ingredients:

•1/4 C sourdough discard

•1/2 C AP unbleached flour

•2 TBSP butter

•1/3 C cheddar cheese

•2 TSPN kosher salt

Detailed Steps:

1- mix butter and flour until it looks like sand.

2- add discard and gently mix together.

3- now add in half the salt and all the cheese.

4- form dough into a ball and place in between two sheets of parchment paper.

5- roll dough out as thin as possible.

6- using a pizza cutter, make the rolled out dough into squares.

7- place parchment paper on baking sheets and spread out the squares.

8- sprinkle the rest of the salt on top and put in 375° F oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness and how crispy you want them.

9- make sure to flip squares after half the time has passed in the oven.

10- let cool completely and ENJOYYY!
