Ever frozen when looking into the lens of a camera while having your photo taken? Your legs won't move, your hands are stiff, and you feel incredibly awkward. I've already done that. I want to share some simple and stunning photo poses that can boost your self-esteem. As goes on, you can add additional creative elements, such as candid shots, turning away from the camera, folding your arms, and moving around a little. Before we start, some stances may feel awkward, but trust me, you will look fantastic. Here are some:

1) The Carefree (arm rest poses): Use your hands and arms to support yourself. To avoid looking stiff, keep them moving at all times. To add more of an angle, I prefer to lift one shoulder while lightly crossing my arms.

2) The Let Me (fix “something” poses): Don't fix your gaze on the camera; instead, allow your eyes to follow the motion of your head to maintain a natural expression. Take note of your face at all times. When posing, keep your face relaxed. You will appear more natural as a result.

3) The Flyin’ High (one foot up poses)- Another easy pose with movement is to kick your leg up.

4) The Prim & Proper (simple poses): Placing your hand on your hip is another simple go-to pose. The fact that there are so many options on this position makes it ideal if you don't have any props or objects to work with.
