MUST VISIT GYUKATSU PLACE IN JAPAN!!!

Ordered the 130g Gyukatsu (1930 Yen | $18 SGD) and everything comes in a set, regardless of how many grams you order!

✨ Highlights:

⚫️Gyukatsu: FREAKING LOVE THE FRIED KATSU LAYER SURROUNDING THE BEEF!!!! 🥹Anddddd the marbling on the beef thoughhhhh, might not be the best but still worth it considering the price. ⚫️Shredded cabbage was so fresh and crunchy. Spicy Cod Roe added depth to the beef.

⚫️Grated yam was just a NO GO for me, so slimy and tasteless. 😵

Overall rating of about 8.5/10

Gyukatsu Motomura has many outlets around Japan. I went to both the Osaka and Tokyo outlet but 100% prefer the Osaka one as the restaurant can accommodate more patrons, and the beef was fresher. Meanwhile, I waited like 1 hour to dine at the tokyo outlet. So if you have time, do drop by and try 🤩
