Comparing my Glossier balms

I’ve always wanted to try the Glossier balms, ever since I’m 14 years old. This year I made the decision to finally buy one. A week after I made this purchase, Glossier announced they’re changing their formula to a vegan version, of course I had to get it. Here’s the comparison:

-New Formula: At first I loved this product so much. It had a thick consistency, it wasn’t oily or watery. I noticed right away it wasn’t as hydrating as they’re old version, but I still liked it. A month later this formula melted..What do I mean by this? I mean it literally melted. As you can see in the pictures, it now has a watery/oily texture. I’m disappointed as I actually loved this new packaging and applicator. 3/10.

-Old Fornula: I love the looks of this packaging. It’s so aesthetically pleasing. The formula reminds me of vaseline but it’s a thicker version. The scent isn’t as strong which is nice. It’s really hydrating on your lips and it lasts a while. It tends to be a little oily sometimes. 8/10.
