Thrift WishList : Fall Edition 📋🍂

Making a list of some things I’ve been on the lookout for while thrifting and wanted to share. 🎀

Before you make any big purchase on a clothing item, go to your second hand stores and look around! I promise you will not be disappointed. You end up curating a more unique wardrobe this way too 💌

✅ Sweater Vests :

a perfect piece for the upcoming weather, and it makes any fit more put together. The fact it can be worn with t-shirts, button ups, turtle necks etc. you can dress it up and dress it down. The options are endless. ⭐️

✅ Flannels :

a traditional and popular shirt worn during this season, but people overlook what a versatile addition this is to your wardrobe. The durability of flannels are unmatched when compared to other types of fabrics. Honestly the more oversized the better; a literal big warm hug wrapped around you. Keeping you warm. Plus the more fun cute colors– make for a year round wear.✨🍃

✅ Chunky Sweaters :

A MUST. A perfect go to cover up or bold statement. All sweaters are perfection, but that chunky style works wonders and can be the only thing you need instead of layering! Acts as a coat by the cozy warm texture. Gets you looking comfortable without being sloppy. A quick fit that you can style however you want. 🧡

✅ Fun Pants :

I had to say fun pants because let’s be real any style or print should NEVER be passed up. Plaid pants are of course essential, but don’t pass up the animal prints, the checkered, the corduroy or your classic denim. (Stay away from ripped pants for the upcoming season they make more sense for warmer weather fashion) Pants to me are such a staple piece in outfits. I feel like sometimes they’re overlooked. They’re just as important! 👖

✅ Cardigans :

Cardigans look incredible paired with a casual fit, but also bring the perfect layering to a fall dress! They give an elevated feel to any outfit you style it with for the cold season and let’s be honest; it can act like a blanket too. 🥰

✅ Boots & Any Chunky Heel Shoes :

Boots are a popular statement piece for fall & winter too, you can’t ever really style them wrong. As well as the chunky shoes! They’re becoming a trend as of late; chunky loafers, chunky sneakers, chunky boots. Not only are they stylish– they’re practical too, I find them to be more comfortable and supportive for everyday use. They really are so stinking cute. Making every single ootd exclusive and chic or however you’re trying to style it. 👢

✅ Pea Coats & Trench Coats :

A classic versatile staple. A must for my girls out in the chilly weather. Super easy to style, really only an outerwear piece, so if you’re on the move throughout the day going in and out of places remember to have a good coat you can wear over the rest of your clothes. 🫶🏼
