💁🏽‍♀️💭When I first set out to gain weight, I thought I’d just stuff my face with anything. But that didn’t get me where I wanted. Weight gain isn’t about junk food, it’s about giving your body what it deserves, fueling it right, and feeling good in the process.

Here’s one of the 3,000 calorie daily meal plans that got me there, and it can work for you too. Every bite counts towards the curves and energy you want:

1️⃣ Breakfast: Oatmeal with almond milk, bananas, chia seeds, honey, and mixed nuts (🌰🍌) – 550 calories

↳ This powerhouse meal keeps me full and starts my day strong.

2️⃣ Snack: Whole-grain toast with peanut butter & strawberries, plus cottage cheese with sunflower seeds (🍓🥜) – 450 calories

↳ Easy, delicious, and packed with protein and healthy fats.

3️⃣ Lunch: Mediterranean wrap with grilled chicken, hummus, and feta in a whole wheat tortilla, with tabbouleh salad on the side (🍗🌯) – 650 calories

↳ This isn’t just lunch—it’s flavor and energy in one perfect wrap.

4️⃣ Snack: Greek yogurt parfait with honey, granola, and pomegranate seeds (🍯🥣) – 400 calories

↳ Light but filling, this snack keeps me going through the afternoon.

5️⃣ Dinner: Lamb meatballs in tomato sauce over whole-grain pasta with a Greek salad (🧆🍅) – 700 calories

↳ Full-fat, full-flavor. The perfect meal to keep my progress going.

6️⃣ Final Snack: A bowl of mixed fruit (grapes, oranges, kiwi) (🍇🍊🥝) – 200 calories

↳ End the day light, fresh, and satisfied.
