Dealing with anxiety in college tips

My anxiety has been the worse since I’ve hit senior year of college. I wouldn’t post a picture like this if it wasn’t for the sole purpose to show others that it’s okay to cry and to be sad or mad or disoriented. I am a Biology major so I understand how school can be overwhelming and you feel like you won’t have time for anything else except for SCHOOL SCHOOL SCOOL but I can tell you right here that you can do it!

I’ve been able to

-study abroad

- join a social sorority

- Make it into deans list

- volunteer in diff clubs

-and so much more

I know it might seem like you don’t have time (I constantly say that and still do!😃) but trust me you can make a little bit of time to practice some yoga or read a book! I love you all sm!❤️
