Crunchy Chicken Tacos for dinner!

I saw this recipe on @Maxiskitchen on IG and it looked delicious! 🌮 Eric loved it so much, and it was pretty simple and quick, which I definitely appreciated! It kind of reminded me of chicken taquitos and makes me want to try making a healthier version of beef taquitos in the oven, rather than frying them. I’ll have to try that sometime soon…
