You’ll need:
Mission or and low card flour tortilla
1/2 c liquid egg whites
2 slices of bacon chopped
Reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Avocado oil.
1. Chop the bacon and cook then remove put onto a plate with the paper towel.
2. Clean the pan of excess bacon grease with paper towel.
3. Cook egg whites.
