Rotel Dip

This dip is so easy to make. I use two pounds of ground beef. I let the ground beef cook. I add in my seasonings just salt & pepper that’s it. Don’t come for me in the comments lol. I add two cans of Rotel original diced tomatoes. Get you some velveeta cheese & diced it up. Stir it until the cheese melts & you’re done!! I’m not going to lie it was kind of dry tho but I think I added to much ground beef 🤷🏻‍♀️
