Realistic Spring Outfit

So I am from the Bay Area and it’s a miracle when the temperature goes above 65 degrees! So this is how I try to feel spring when it’s still chilly out! My trick is just layering with pieces that scream spring! For me, that’s this mini skirt 🤍🤍
