👼🏼 Hi angels! Ramadhan is finally here and it’s very important that we understand how to eat healthy and feel energized during our fasts well beforehand. Fasting the whole day could sometimes leave you exhausted, especially if you’re eating the wrong food for Suhoor or even skipping it! Here are 4 healthy meals you can eat during your Suhoor to keep your energy levels up 🍞🍳

1. OATS

- Oats are very rich with fiber which helps in slowing down the release of energy in your body and keeps you full longer. For me what i always do is soak oats in cold milk with a drizzle of honey and some delicious berries, mangoes and bananas! 🍌🫐🥭

2. EGGS

- Eggs are very high in protein, making it one of the best food to start your day 🍳🌥️ For your suhoor meal, you can try vegetable omelette, an egg sandwich or even an egg salad!

3. GREEK YOGHURT

- Greek yoghurt is a rich source of protein and probiotics. It is honestly the perfect way to prep for a long day of fasting. It contains the double amount of protein than regular yoghurt ✨

4. FISH/CHICKEN

- Fish is known to be a vitality-boosting food. Please try not to fry the fish because that might lead to bloating! Fried food is a big no 🚫 Chicken on the other hand possesses energy including nutrients which will make it easier for someone who's fasting, to function throughout the day 🍗
