DIY REED DIFFUSER FOR YOUR HOME 🧘🏼‍♀️✨🌿

Hi angels! Today I’m gonna share with you the benefits of having a reed diffuser & how to make one yourself! Okay so we have always cherished the many ways of giving your home a lovely aroma! Let’s get into the benefits of having a reed diffuser 💫

Reed diffusers are inexpensive and simplistic. The best thing about it is that it can last for months, saving you the time and money in the process. Compared to scented candles, reed diffusers don’t require an open flame and are also made without any extra chemicals. Here are some additional information of using one for your HEALTH!

It makes your sleep more restful as it will help your body and mind feel more relaxed. If you use scents such as lavender, it can keep you from being disturbed by mosquitoes! Next, it improves your focus and memory. Certain aromas from essential oils such as peppermint, lavender, eucalyptus can help improve your mood so that it will make your mind more focused & that is why I usually place my reed diffuser in my room whenever I’m working from home! ✨ Lastly for our ladies, it helps us to ease mood swings during our hormonal times. Calming essential oils can help elevate feelings of calm and stability during cycle or moodiness. It can help you feel more balanced ✨🧘🏼‍♀️🌿

Things you need:

- Diffuser bottle / vase

- Carrier oil (Almond oil)

- Essential oil combination of your choice

- Reed diffusing sticks

1. Fill half of your diffuser bottle with your carrier oil, for me I used almond oil

2. Next you’ll add 10 drops of your favourite essential oil (I used peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus) and it already smelled amazing 🥹

3. Last step is to add 5-7 of the reed diffusing sticks into your bottle and you’re technically done! So simple right?
