Here are 5 tasty Rich - Protein to add in your daily Breakfast 🥞
1️⃣ Toast Royale 🍞
Toast Royale is an easy 10 mins Toast breakfast ! Suitable for a quick prep-meal to work 😌
⁃ Get Wholemeal Bread Instead of White Bread cause they have higher vitamins and minerals.
⁃ Spread Peanut Butter on Bread 🥜 Peanut Butter are Healthy Fats which are nutritious for your daily breakfast.
⁃ another excellent fats to add on are Avocados 🥑 too !
⁃ Last, Boiled 1-2 Eggs🥚 Hard Boiled eggs are the best Lean Protein choice to gain muscles or loosing weight .
2️⃣ Overnight Almond Milk Oats 🥣
⁃ 3-4 scoops of Rolled Oats in to your bowl. You can use QuickOats which gives a softer textured.
⁃ Pour Almond Milk 🥛 Go with “ Unsweetened Almond Milk “ I usually get my almond milk from the nearest supermarket @Jaya Grover / Village Grocer [ Brand : 137 Degree Almond Milk ] They have other flavours too like chocolate , matcha etcs
⁃ Add on Granola and Chia seeds. These two are superfood with excellent source of protein !
⁃ Next, add your favourite fruits. You can go with Blueberries, strawberries/ Banana cause they have rich vitamins and antioxidants ✨
⁃ Last, Put into the refrigerator and you’re done !
3️⃣ Egg Wrap 🌯
If you are bored of having bread daily 🤭 , try replacing with wrap instead ! ☺️ they are good carbs too .
⁃ Prepare 2-3 Tortilla Wrap. go with whole grain / garlic wrap ☺️
⁃ Next, add on your fresh Lettuces
⁃ Smashed 4 hard boiled eggs with mayo. You can mix with sliced tomatoes and onions together with the eggs ☺️ then slowly apply on the surface of the wrap
⁃ Last, gently fold in the sides and rolled it up ! 🫔
4️⃣ Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast 🥑
This is my favourite go-to breakkie ! 😋 it not only have high quality proteins but also rich Omega 3 ✨ So here’s how I prepare :
⁃ First thing first , Bread. There are plenty healthy bread to choose from the bakery , walnut bread is another top choice of protein bread I would recommend cause it has rich Omega 3 and contains good carbs. So First Take 2 slices and toast it.
⁃ Next , Marinate raw sliced salmon with lemon juice , pinch of black pepper and salt mix
⁃ Last, add avocado plus fresh salmon on the toast and your meal is ready ! ☺️
5️⃣ Yogurt Parfait 🍌
This Greek Yogurt Parfait recipe can be a grab-to- go breakfast option for a busy mornings.
⁃ Smart choice for Greek Yogurt ( low fat ) , yogurts are good for our guts and contain high protein, calcium and probiotics .
⁃ Next, Add on your favourite fruits eg : banana 🍌+ blueberries
⁃ Include granola chips and 2 teaspoon of honey 🍯 ( optional )
