come tour a flatiron nyc apartment with me!

This unit looked so stunning on Streeteasy and it was in such an awesome location - next to all my favorite coffeeshops (e.g. Devocion, Cha Cha Matcha) and stores (e.g. Alo, Hoka, etc.) and a really fun area to walk around in!

It was in a bit of an older walk-up building, but after entering the unit itself it was super nicely renovated! Reasonable amount of living and dining area and it was cool that it had small stairs to go up to a second floor where the second and third bedroom and second bathroom are! Unfortunately I thought all the rooms were way too small and it wasn't worth paying $7200 across 3 people for the location (I would rather pay less and live somewhere less trendy with more space). I also thought that because the third room had no windows it was too depressing. On to the next tour!
