Pink Pasta Recipe 💖🍝

Might sound weird and look a little unique, but trust me it’s DELICIOUS 😍 and such a fun idea to feed your kids.

When I became plant based I got creative on finding ways to make my favorite cream sauces with alternative ingredients. Now that I’m not plant based anymore, I still enjoy some old recipes.

1. Add 1 chopped onion to a pan + 5 cloves of garlic. Sauté until fragrant then add in 1/2 cup cooked beets.

2. To a blender add 1/4 cup cashews, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup plant milk, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup dragon fruit, and sautéed mixture + salt, pepper, onion/garlic powder to taste. Blend until smooth.

3. Add sauce to a pan, add in gluten free noodles, too with your fave cheese and enjoy! #pastarecipe #plantbasedrecipes #glutenfree #healthyeats
