Today I tried a new hiking trail called 📍Quogue State Park and it was so great.
There were multiple trial options like a 0.8 mile,1.5 mile, 2.5 mile, and 3.1 mile.
Today I tried the 2.5 mile and there were no hills, it was mostly just flat ground.
I love hiking because it doubles as a fun activity and a workout.
It took me about an hour to finish this hiking trail.
When I got home I also finished off with a 30 minute full body pilates workout.
I used the FORM app for my workout today, it was quick and easy.
I was able to reach my 10,000 step goal by the end of the day which was a plus.
A tip to get more of a workout during a hike is doing lunges instead of walking for some of the trail.
