hike with me!! (at amicalola falls) 😍

the hubby and i went to the falls earlier this week for a hike and it was soooo nice!!! it was a forecasted day so my POTS (i get dizzy a lot due to the lack of oxygen pumped to my brain from my 🫀) was on it’s on its best behavior….until it was time for i to go back up the 600+ stairs we climbed down to get to the bottom of the falls. but im okay now, and kinda proud of myself for not completely passing out, like out out…and for being able to climbed all these stairs 🥰
