in honor of earth day i wanted to make a post about my favorite way to connect with nature!

grounding yourself, aka walking barefoot in nature, has so so so so many benefits!! and it's not just nonsense either, it truly heals your body!

i try to go barefoot outside as much as possible, as well as my toddler. i love feeling like a woodland fairy frolicking in the fields 🧚🏼‍♀️😂
