hey allllll

so recently, i started going to the gym ( wow shocking right ?! ) and with the guidance of my dear friend,, i kinda know what to do at the gym !!

so i mostly do legs because. idk. i like doing legs as compared to the rest…

- rounded back extensions - 4kg

3x12

- leg press - 27.5kg + 5kg

3x12

- hip abductor - 30kg + 3.75kg

3x12

- leg extension - 20kg

3x12

- hip thrust - 5kg

3x12

- treadmill - incline 5.0, speed 3.9

so this is what i do for legs everytime i go to the gym !!! i’m no pro or anything ( in fact i’m really bad at exercising ) but this is still quite manageable ( for me ) and i strongly believe that,, if i can do it,, anyone can !!!

anyways if you’re contemplating if you should definitely go to the gym,, my answer is YES !!! you can do it and it’ll definitely grow on you ^^ and you shouldn’t be embarrassed because everyone starts from the bottom at some point !! so just slowly climb your way up~~
