Affordable & Trendy Staples in Seoul

Pardon the haphazard pics I was rushing but I gotta share about Musinsa Standard !!

Saw this store on tiktok but wasn’t intending to make a trip down specially to it. Tbh i was overwhelmed by all the shopping in Seoul 😂 As it turns out, my facial appointment was just right beside so I got the chance to shop there anyway! And am so thankful stars aligned cause I bagged home three staple bottoms from here.

What I got:

- wide leg jeans in white

- wide leg jeans in black

- denim skirt

Gahh i’ve been hunting high and low for white jeans and denim skirt since foreverrr. I love that the denim skirt is not too short and the white jeans dont accentuate the crotchet area iykwim. The prices are very reasonable too, $50 for jeans and $36 for skirts before tax refund.

One thing I like about this brand is that they don’t carry a whole lot of SKUs like Zara & HNM etc so i’m not overwhelmed by choices and it’s much easier to shop.

They have a couple of outlets around Seoul, the one I went was in Gangnam. Tbh not a fan of the shopping experience as it was a enter your korean number to get a queue number for the fitting room system so if you dont have a korean number you’ll have to approach the staff there. The wait for the fitting room was also crazy long when I was there on Sunday so maybe avoid weekends. But overall rly still worth checking it out!
