It took me a while to hop on the denim skirt trend train, but now that I've got this beauty in my wardrobe, consider me a convert! This Free People denim skirt has completely changed my perspective, and it's a testament to the brand's timeless style.

For that comfy-cozy vibe, I sized up one notch to ensure I could easily tuck in a sweater. Speaking of which, I paired it with a cream long-sleeve cardigan from Abercrombie, but you can mix and match with any sweater you adore.

To add a dash of flair and elevate the look – quite literally – I slipped into high-heeled cowgirl boots in a matching color to my top.
