Hide your age: don’t let being young be the reason your application is immediately ruled out. Hide your age to prevent ageism from being a potential factor.

Disguise your name: it sucks but unconscious biases still exist. If you have a feminine sounding name, you can shorten it to just your initials (e.g., Jane → J.P.).

Hide your location: for those “fully remote” jobs that require you to be in the same city for whatever reason, hiding your location can help keep you in the running
