How to use MSM for hair growth 💇‍♀️

I am not a doctor, please also try to do your own research. I am enlightening everyone about my experience and what I did.

To make this work effectively you will need :

- Your favorite Beverage

- MSM powder

- Vitamin Pills

AND WATERRRRRRRRRRRRR💦💦💦💧

On my 4th day of taking Msm powder, I increased my scoops to 3 scoops. Day 1, 2, and 3 I took just 1 scoop, in a cup of black tea with my vitamin C pill, and after that I ate a slice of orange.

Don’t use the recommended scoops on the product IF you are a starter.
