1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
2 slices of sourdough (or your preferred bread type)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Toast the bread
Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop everything out.
Prepare the Chili Oil Eggs: Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste.
