Without a doubt first thing in the morning on an empty stomach I make sure to take my wellness shot. “I’ll make a video next time to show you guys what I use on my shots 🥰”

Something I started doing again and should have never stopped is adding about 2-3 drops of Chlorophyll and one scoop of collagen peptides to my first jar of water and then I keep adding water bottles throughout the day DO NOT continue to add anything to it!

*Collagen peptides*-now we all know how amazing collagen is for our skin health and joint pain. Collagen powder has the same active ingredients as collagen capsules and gummies. But the dosages will vary depending on what form you use. Some people find it easier to add collagen powder to drinks or foods than to swallow several capsules “like myself” 😊💜
