What I ate today đ
Iâm currently in a 1400 calorie deficit and aim to eat least 70 grams of protein a day.
What I eat in a day honestly varies but itâs more or less similar to this.
đFor breakfast I had a cheesy egg and kimchi breakfast sandwich. Last night I had the most random craving for this- Iâve never even made it before lol. It tasted SO good and was 15 grams of protein. I call it a win.
đI didnât have much time for lunch so I quickly defrosted some shrimp and ate it with pre-cooked basmati rice. I defrosted extra shrimp in order to increase my protein. Shrimp is a great option for a lower calorie protein!
đFor dinner I had little to no ingredients hence the ramen haha. I didnât want to eat shrimp again so I defrosted some Turkey slices, cooked it with kimchi and added it for protein to the ramen. I also realized I ate no vegetables during the day which is why I made some soy green beans on the side with fresh kimchi. Not the nicest dinner but it did the job.
I ended up eating 80 grams of protein and 1,387 calories. I donât personally care for how much carbs and fats I eat in a day as I see them as a necessary part of my diet. I focus more on calories and protein in since I also go the gym consistently.
