1. I DON’T BUY PLANNERS
if planners work for you, great! personally, I will buy a planner fill it all out three months in advance and then put it in my backpack where it will get crushed and I never look at it again. I have done this countless times. Instead, I buy monthly, weekly, and daily (not pictured) planners so that I’m not wasting money or paper on something I don’t use.
2. I KEEP MY SNACKS IN A CLEAR BOX
If you have ADHD you’re probably familiar with the out of sight, out of mind phenomenon. If I can’t see something, I forget it exists. This is why I keep this box in my room where I can see it all the time. It’s easy to forget to eat when your meds are suppressing your appetite, so keeping them in sight and easy to access is a must for me.
3. I USE THE APP MEMO HEALTH
I have a bunch of medications that are super important for me to take. This app sends me reminders whenever I am supposed to take my meds and if after 30 min I don’t take them, it sends a notification to my mom.
