Cookie Butter Coffee Syrup ⬇️⬇️

As a graduate student on a tight budget, I’m always trying to save money! Making coffee at home is surely one way to do so, so I’ve started working on making my own version of my favorite syrups!

My latest obsession: cookie butter! Here’s my recipe for a cookie butter syrup:

1 cup water

1 cup sugar*

2 tablespoons cookie butter

Optional: dash of cinnamon

On the stovetop, heat the water, sugar & cookie butter until everything melts together. Let it simmer until the mixture thickens & becomes syrup-y!

Let it cool & then put in a container - keep refrigerated :)

*can swap out for brown sugar
