Gunung Lambak,Kluang

This is my second time hiking Gunung Lambak, and I would say this time felt harder, than last time. My breath was heavy, my pace is slower and I cant even keep up with my friends 🙂‍↕️

Even questioning myself that is this really is Gunung Lambak, or Gunung Stong 😆

It makes me thinking what was the reason it feels different ?

and one of it I think is because my period is coming, and I usually felt tired when my period is about to come.

So as a woman who loves to hike, do we have to plan ahead when is the right time for us to hike? Do we have to make sure that we are fit and in a good condition? Do we have to check our menstrual cycle? Do we really have to check untill that 🥲despite the fact that we keep ourselve fit, i dont think we can avoid our hormonal functioning. at least for me lah.

Nevertheless, this girl made it to the top ✨
