i mean who doesn’t love the sweet, salty, savory breaks of our day 🔆

Trying to control ‘cravings’ during pregnancy is a struggle, BUT I will say eating absolutely guilt free has been pretty enjoyable 😏 — while staying healthy for baby 🫡
my go to’s heading into third trimester
💖 Greek yogurt bowls — throughout this whole pregnancy I’ve craved LOTS of sweet so trying to incorporate health while satisfying that craving has been ‘fun’, & greek yogurt has been a daily go to - add some fruit, nuts, honey 🤌🏽
💖 pumpkin seeds — ive never been one to reach for these off the shelves, my midwife suggested this as a snack & they keep me full, are salty, & nutritional for thy baby
💖CEREAL —enough said.. cereal just hits different when pregnant & im HERE for every bit. I have mine with almond milk 🥜
💖trubars— these are new to the crew • super sweet, nutritious, & keeps you full until that next meal. This was an accidental costco find & I couldn’t be happier with them so far 😜
I use the app #yuka to scan & make sure ALL snack consumption is at least above 50 👆🏼
