Best Truffle Mash Pie ever!! 😍😍

Elijah Pies is probably not foreign to many of you as they are known for their pies but I still wanna give them a shoutout for their decadent Black Truffle Mash Pie!! The truffle taste was so aromatic and strong I think they really killed it with this savoury pie.

I have been wanting to try their truffle mash pie when they first released it but the serving size (9-inch) sold online was too huge and so when I found out that they serve a smaller version at their newly opened cafe at Tanjong Pagar, I knew I had to get it. And no regrets man, I could totally stomach another serving HAHA! I could’t put my fork down and stop myself from finishing it! If you love truffle, you can’t give this a miss. There were also bits of hazelnuts and mushroom inside the pie.

I also got their sweet Raspberry Ripple Pie to try and I think it’s their rendition of the wall’s raspberry ripple ice cream by using cream cheese instead. It was such a delicious sweet treat after eating something savoury; the raspberry compote, cream cheese, and the buttery crust were a match made in heaven!! But somehow I prefer the truffle pie crust more hahah! Also I realised that if you don’t keep this pie refrigerated, the crust would lose its crunch and become a bit soggy so it’s best to put it in the fridge asap if you order for takeout.

Have you tried out other flavours? I am thinking of trying their Nutella pie and Mac & Cheese pie next but I am likely to get the Black Truffle Mash Pie again hahaha 🤣
