BEST KINDS OF WEDDING FAVOURS TO RECEIVE 🫧

Planning a wedding? Here’re some wedding favours I really appreciate as a wedding guest:

🌻 TABLE FLOWERS - they make really nice home decor too!!

🍵 TEA - there’re so many tea suppliers out there now and it’s hard to go wrong with tea. They come in so many flavours and so many packaging options. Test tubes, tins, pretty paper boxes. Also a super functional gift

✍🏻 PEN - this can be seen as either unorthodox or cheap, but fr as an adult I hardly ever go to the bookstore anymore to grab stationery. Plus everything is digital these days. Nevertheless, there’re some things that still rely on good ol pen and paper and having a useful pen around me can be super useful at times. The more pens I strew around my office desk, home office desk, my different bags, the better. Iykyk.

BONUS: THINGS THAT I PERSONALLY DON’T APPRECIATE THAT MUCH

🍫 CHOCOLATES - unless they’re like really nice or something. Most places give low quality chocolates or truffles that are either too milky or sweet and it’s just bad for health and a waste of calories

🔓 LOCKS - I understand the symbolism of this but really, it’s super impractical. We’re in the era of TSA locks and honestly, such locks are usually of questionable quality so…

🪐 KEYRINGS - I think key rings are a very personal choice, in terms of size, design etc. Most wedding favours come with ridiculously ugly characters or words and it’s just v unpalatable to use. I understand it’s a function of keeping cost low, but let’s not generate more waste than we have to. Our landfills are running out of space!!
