Owning a house in your early 20s

Here is my honest review about owning my own house in my early 20s. I will not lie, it is a lot of work. It can be very tiring but in my opinion it is very rewarding. I love to have a sweet escape where I can unwind from the craziness of life and enjoy the views of nature.

Pros: there are a million positive things that come with owning a house and I would say the number one thing is how rewarding it is especially when you have friends over and host a party. My favorite thing to do is to have friends in the background siting around the fire pit.

Cons: I’m sure you can guess but it’s a lot of freaking work. You have to put in so much times and money into fixings and renovating things. There is always something that might need fixing so you have to ensure you keep up with it!

Owning your own place within your 20s is so rewarding yet a lot of work. I would only recommend committing if you have the resources and passion to do so.
