ICELAND DAY 2 RECAP 💫✨

Our 2nd day in Iceland was fully dedicated to the Golden Circle! There is so much beautiful nature to explore in Iceland and this route guides you through seeing a ton of it! 😍😍 Here is the order of our Golden Circle road trip:

✨ Þingvellir National Park - so much to see but specifically Lake Þingvallavatn, Silfra Fissure, and Öxarárfoss Falls!

✨ Friðheimar - the cutest tomato based restaurant; if you don’t have a reservation you can eat at the bar!

✨ Geysir Geothermal Area - this is amazing; the Stokkir geyser erupts every 5-10 minutes!

✨ Gullfoss Falls - absolutely stunning and we even got to see a rainbow over the waterfall!

✨ Kerid Crater - the most beautiful blue/green water!
