A tip for all my yoga girls 💞

I used to have the absolute worst balance, I could never get it down and I didn’t know what I was doing wrong.

I found out through lots of practice that it’s the little things in yoga that you need to pay the most attention to. It’s each and every muscle in the body that’s recruiting in each posture that you need to pay attention to. It’s the breath moving you through your flow that you need to pay attention to!

This is just a small nugget of knowledge and hopefully it helps at least one person out there in getting deeper into the physical practice of yoga and getting physically stronger and more confident ❤️
