Tips for Travel while Pregnant!

While I was pregnant I traveled to 7 countries and 3 states! (With the approval from my doctor)

That first trimester wasn’t easy, but I’m so glad we made the memories we did before the baby came! And now we love traveling with her too!

I also suggest:

• keep lots of snacks on hand! It helps to not get nauseous

•ask for a nausea prescription if you feel you need one

• stay hydrated!

• take breaks to rest!

•keep a barf bag on you 😅

•wear compression socks if you start to swell!

•move often to not get too much swelling or blood clots!
