Cheap chili night

Going to Aldi and spending less than $20 to get three dinners for my family of four can’t be beat. Simple meal that fills bellies and everyone here loves.

Getting a bunch of canned beans, tomatoes, etc, from Aldi is the way I always stretch meals. If we don’t eat it in two days, then I freeze the rest and on a day where the budget is even tighter I still have something to make for dinner. Large batch meals are lifesavers especially with how much groceries cost anymore.
