Ok, here is the thing about costume jewellery that I dont like. I feel like we overpay a-lot just for the sake of brand name.

I mean, I still don’t believe it would classify as “fake” since the jewelry is in-fact more pure than the one costing thousands more. But, this is obviously debatable.

I feel like I should pay for the product, not the brand specifically in your 20s when you are starting out your career and saving quotient is less.

When it comes to fine jewellery, it should be more about the main ingredient which is the purity of gold.

Just a personal opinion, paying $4,000 for 18k gold jewellery when the same can be made in $500 from a local jeweller with 22 carat gold.

I recently went to peoples park, near Chinatown mrt and was amazed by the collection they had.

It feels like you are paying for the item not for the brand and when it comes to things like jewelry, its always good to get your money’s worth 😀💞 Let me know of you guys agree 😝
