Trace minerals!!!
Okay let’s chat - minerals are so so important for our body’s to function. We need them for so many different things, formation of red blood cells, muscle growth, controlling glucose levels, energy production, metabolic function and more!
Our bodies cannot create trace minerals, we have to get them through food. And unfortunately with farming practices today, we no longer have good quality soil or drink fresh spring water - which is where we used to get these minerals from. Leading to most of us being deficient in these minerals.
If you struggle with low energy, constant dehydration, headaches, etc. I’d recommend trying to supplement with trace minerals.
For me, they have dramatically improve my energy and I no longer struggle with chronic fatigue.
