1 lemon
2 mangos
2 carrots
2 small beets
Half inch of ginger
2 cups of watermelon
1 pack of Raspberries
1 pack of Blueberries
1 pack of Blackberries
1 pack of Strawberries
Depending on how much you want to make add more fruits. The ingredients above were only enough to fill my jar (1 liter) and to drink a glass. I suggest only make enough for 1 week .
