My experience with gaining weight

Weirdly enough I’ve noticed a lot of things while gaining weight.

June 2024: my goal was to be as lean as possible with little to body fat. keeping up this physique was tiring and always had me dreaming about food.

August and September 2024: experienced a lot of binge eating during this time, mainly due to the harsh and strict diet I put myself on for months.

Current: I have decided to choose health over fitness and I am using this platform to showcase my bulking journey.

Remember!!! Gaining weight does not mean losing control! Do what you feel is best for your body!
