Tips & tricks to care for your Luxury Bags 🫶🏻

If you're a lover of luxury bags, then you would want to take care of them properly. Having owned some bags myself, I’ve had my fair share of nightmare experiences with bags turning mouldy or getting stains etc.

I’m not even kidding…. Look at how mouldy my bags are from keeping it in the cupboard for just 1 month. Singapore’s humidity 🔪🔪

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘀

Highly recommend storing them in rooms where you’ll frequently have air conditioning turned on, and please please invest in a dehumidifier / moisture absorber like Thirsty Hippo. Once there’s too much moisture and your bag turns mouldy, you’ll have to spend more time and effort sending it in for professional help and it might even leave a permanent stain on your bag.

Bag cushions - I get this for almost all my bags (except the micros and minis) 🤪 cos it really helps retain and holds the shape of the bags to prevent it from sagging or going out of shape.

Bag inserts - this helps to protect the interior of your bag and is the first line of defence if there’s spillage or stains!
