The Nashville Symphony

The arts are a big part of Nashville from Cheekwood, The Frist Art Museum, to the Schermerhorn and The Nashville Symphony. This weekend, the Arts returns to downtown Nashville at The Schermerhorn with The Nashville Symphony opening weekend. The Nashville Symphony will be performing with Sergei Rachmanioff and Gustav Mahler. Sergei Rachmanioff will be performing Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini while Gustav Mahler will be performing Symphony Number 5, both with the Nashville Symphony Additionally, Joyce Yang will be performing on piano. The performances are both Friday and Saturday evening, September 13th and 14th. The events begin at 7:30 pm in both evenings. For the drop-off location, you can be dropped off by the Schermerhorn on 4th Avenue. For pick-up locations, walk over to The Country Music Hall of Fame, The Joseph Hotel on Korean Veterans Boulevard, or up to 8th and Broadway after the show. For dining prior to the show, head to Etch located across from the venue for an amazing dining experience. Additionally, there are other great dining experiences near the Schermerhorn.
