One-Pot Pork Belly Cabbage

Super low-effort meal tonight ✌🏻 The pork belly marinade was prepared the night before. By the time I got home at 6pm, dinner was ready before 7pm. You don’t have to marinate the pork belly if you don’t want to. Beef slices work well too. Layers of sweet cabbage, tender pork belly, enoki mushrooms, and vermicelli are drenched in dashi stock and Japanese soy, warming our happy bellies.
