As someone who has struggled to let go in the past, I thought I’d share some of my tips! I want to preface this by saying that letting go is a difficult and essential part of the healing journey, give yourself some space and time. You’re doing a good job! Not everyone can let go very quickly and it’s okay if it takes you time. Everyone’s healing journey is different! Take care of yourself loves🤍
