This entire book is filled with prompts, exercises, affirmations, manifestation techniques and more !! Shadow work is one of the best things you can do to build self love. This has honestly changed my whole veiwpoint on how i’ve grown up and how my child hood has contributed to different traumas I experience now. You definitely learn some things you never knew about yourself! I was hesitant on buying it but I would have to say this is one of my greatest purchases ever!
