BEFORE & AFTER: CLIENT’S DREAM HOME

My client was stuck on their new build and needing some assistance to tie everything together and make it POP a little more! Here are the changes we made to transform this exterior:

🤍 Added El Dorado Stone European Ledge to the center of the home.

🤍 Stained the soffits with Ciranova in Smoked Oak.

🤍 Painted the fascia with Sherwin Williams in Tricorn Black.

🤍 Added Euro round black gutters.

🤍 51” exterior bar lights in between the European Ledge.

🤍 Complimenting exterior sconces for the garage areas and front entrances.

🤍 Landscaped with Mexican Feather Grass and Shady Ladies.
